been keenly studying @pendle_fi YT and PT pools all night.
I want to put out an article soon but some key things I think most people needs to have in mind while playing around these yield vehicles include:
• buying late staege PTs might or might not play out well ( I tested with small funds and didn't get up to 1%).
where it could make sense is if you will get point multiplier for PT worth same as the anticipated token.
• YTs are gonna get popular very soon and many projects will try to replicate this but you have to be very careful because points valuation matters more than stacking the points.
• asides from superficial knowledge of points, the next thing you need to acquaint yourself with is:
- how FDV works in relation to valuation.
- loop PTs across DeFi especially for pools that maximize points.
- know total points in circulation + daily points.
In the next few days/weeks, I will try as much as possible to share more as I learn, test and burn some $$ on Pendle.
Hopefully it pays well
